During the ongoing operation in Jharkhand last few days some important documents related to ED’s shell company have been recovered she will present the document in the high court .the court has allowed the ready to sell document and presented before May 17th on Friday during the hearing of PIL filed case against the Chief Minister Hemant Soren and his brother Basant Soren and CM close Associates of running a shell company the ED informed court about the document related to the shell company.

Senior advocate Tushar Mehta appearing for ED, told the court that ED proceedings are going on Jharkhand during this he has got some document in hand they want to present these documents in high court the court told that the ED cannot register an FIR on its own in any case unless it is ordered by the competent authority on this the court chief justice Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice Sujit Narayan Prasad directed the ID to see all the documents and submit them to the registrar general of High Court

Shankar Sharma has filed a public interest litigation alleging that the CM close friend are running a shell company while wearing the matter earlier the court has also sought information from ED in this matter along with this by issuing notice to the registrar of the company he was made a respondent advocate Rajeev Kumar appearing for the petitioner told the court that the chief minister and his family members and close friends are earning money by running about 400 shell companies Amit Agarwal are close to government and close to close relative of Ravi Kejriwal run some such company in this hotel malls and all properties have purchased with amount earned from Jharkhand on behalf of the government it was said that the petition was filed by Diwan Indranil Sinha in the in the year 2013. the high court dismissed the petition. Diwan Indranil Sinha slower was also Rajiv Kumar the document in the new petitioner also old due to with the petition should be dismissed.

मुख्यमंत्री से जुड़े खनन पट्टा आवंटन मामले में भी शुक्रवार को उच्च न्यायालय में आंशिक सुनवाई हुई इस दौरान उच्च न्यायालय ने खनन विभाग के बदले रांची के डीसी द्वारा दिए जा रहे जवाब पर नाराजगी व्यक्त की.

झारखंड में पिछले कुछ दिनों से चल रहे ऑपरेशन के दौरान ईडी की शेल कंपनी से जुड़े कुछ महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज बरामद हुए हैं. शेल कंपनी चलाने के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन और उनके भाई बसंत सोरेन और सीएम करीबी एसोसिएट्स के खिलाफ जनहित याचिका दायर की, ईडी ने अदालत को शेल कंपनी से जुड़े दस्तावेज की जानकारी दी.

ईडी की ओर से पेश हुए वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता तुषार मेहता ने अदालत को बताया कि ईडी की कार्यवाही झारखंड में चल रही है, इस दौरान उनके पास कुछ दस्तावेज हैं जो वे इन दस्तावेजों को उच्च न्यायालय में पेश करना चाहते हैं, अदालत ने कहा कि ईडी अपने दम पर प्राथमिकी दर्ज नहीं कर सकता है. किसी भी मामले में जब तक कि सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा इस पर आदेश नहीं दिया जाता है, अदालत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश डॉ रवि रंजन और न्यायमूर्ति सुजीत नारायण प्रसाद ने आईडी को सभी दस्तावेजों को देखने और उन्हें उच्च न्यायालय के रजिस्ट्रार जनरल को जमा करने का निर्देश दिया।

शिव शंकर शर्मा ने दायर की जनहित याचिका:

शंकर शर्मा ने एक जनहित याचिका दायर कर आरोप लगाया है कि सीएम के करीबी दोस्त एक मुखौटा कंपनी चला रहे हैं जबकि इससे पहले कोर्ट ने इस मामले में ईडी से भी जानकारी मांगी है. याचिकाकर्ता की ओर से पेश हुए एक प्रतिवादी अधिवक्ता राजीव कुमार ने अदालत को बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री और उनके परिवार के सदस्य और करीबी दोस्त लगभग 400 शेल कंपनियां चलाकर पैसा कमा रहे हैं, अमित अग्रवाल सरकार के करीबी हैं और रवि केजरीवाल के करीबी रिश्तेदार ऐसी ही कुछ कंपनी चलाते हैं। इस होटल के मॉल में और सरकार की ओर से झारखंड से अर्जित राशि से सभी संपत्तियां खरीदी गई हैं, कहा गया था कि दीवान इंद्रनील सिन्हा द्वारा वर्ष 2013 में याचिका दायर की गई थी। उच्च न्यायालय ने याचिका खारिज कर दी थी। दीवान इंद्रनील सिन्हा भी धीमी गति से राजीव कुमार के दस्तावेज के साथ नए याचिकाकर्ता में पुराने होने के कारण याचिका खारिज कर दी जानी चाहिए।
